Syriana Trailer
The trailer for Syriana hit the web today on Yahoo! Movies (in Quicktime & Windows Media). The even have a nice high-resolution version for those of us with big screens and big pipes (I certainly wish Apple would have higher resolution trailers available, or better yet more HD 1080p trailers).
Anyway the movie has a crazy list of names attached to it: George Clooney, Matt Damon, Chris Cooper, Amanda Peet, Christopher Plummer, and Tim Blake Nelson (from O Brother, Where Art Thou?). My only hesitation is about Stephen Gaghan’s directing capablities though I’m certainly hoping for the best. The movie also looks like it has great political current relevancy (kind of like Clooney’s other new movie). I’m really looking forward to its release this winter.
